Are your products authentic?
Yes. PremiumSkin is the official distributor of SBRG and Dermavis. Every product is genuine and imported directly from Korea.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our formulas are gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. We always recommend a small patch test before full use, and reading the ingredients on each product page.
When will I see results?
Results vary by person, but first improvements (hydration and texture) often show within two weeks, while deeper renewal takes 4–8 weeks of consistent use.
Do you ship across the UAE?
Yes, we ship to all seven emirates. Delivery takes 2–4 business days, with free shipping on orders over 200 AED.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
